Who is Harry Rubenstein?

I am a pastry chef. culinary guide. recipe writer. storyteller. outdoor market obsessive. and expert in Jewish baked goods sweet and savory. I trained at Bishulim. studied Arab pastry independently. and have spent more than twenty years wandering Israel’s markets. Since 2017 I have been leading visitors on unforgettable eating tours across Israel.

I live in Modi’in with my wife Ziva and our three cool kids Tzofia. Einav, Koby and our dog Action Jackson (who also answers to Jax. Joonie. Joon Joon. and Joonifer Lopez).
