These Terms of Service govern your use of the harrysbaked.com website and the booking and participation in food tours operated by Harry’s Baked Israel Food Tours (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to these terms.
Tour Bookings
All tours are private and must be booked in advance. Tours are available Sunday through Thursday only. We do not operate tours on Fridays, Saturdays, or Jewish holidays. Each tour is approximately 2.5 hours and includes all food and drink.
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us and payment arrangements have been agreed upon. Submitting an inquiry through our website or contacting us does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Pricing and Payment
Tour pricing is $480 USD (or the equivalent in ILS) for up to 4 adults, with an additional $75 USD per extra adult. Children under 8 are free. All food and drink during the tour are included in the price.
Payment is accepted via Venmo or PayPal. Full payment details are provided upon booking confirmation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, but any agreed-upon price at the time of your booking confirmation will be honored.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, safety concerns, market closures, Jewish holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Tour Participation
Participants are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or kashrut requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate you. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that all foods will be free of allergens due to the nature of market environments.
You are responsible for your personal safety and belongings during the tour. Our tours take place in active market environments where conditions include uneven surfaces, crowds, and varying temperatures. Participation is at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on harrysbaked.com, including text, photographs, graphics, and logos, is owned by Harry’s Baked Israel Food Tours and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
You are welcome to take photos and videos during the tour for personal use. If you wish to use tour photos or videos for commercial purposes, please contact us first.
Reviews and Testimonials
We may ask you for a review after your tour. Any reviews you provide on platforms such as Google or TripAdvisor are voluntary and subject to those platforms’ own terms. We may feature excerpts from public reviews on our website with attribution.
Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website, attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality, or misrepresent your identity when submitting inquiries.
Limitation of Liability
Harry’s Baked Israel Food Tours provides food tour experiences in good faith. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or adverse health effects resulting from foods consumed during the tour, despite our best efforts to accommodate dietary requirements. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. Our total liability for any claim related to a tour shall not exceed the amount you paid for that tour.

Governing Law
