The fastest growing Israeli street food trend, Ara’yes is crispy pita-stuffed with meat with bold spices and fresh herbs. Ara’yes is the Arabic word for “bride,” aptly named for the marriage between the pita and the meat. You won’t find a sandwich more serious than this.
