How It Works
1. Before class: Receive your ingredient and equipment list, and feel free to ask any questions about allergies, ingredient swaps, etc.
2. 15 minutes prior to class: We’ll work out any technical problems (which will most certainly happen, as we all know!)
3. Introduction: Learn the story behind the dish, review the ingredients, and hear how each item adds flavor, depth, and history.
4. Dive into cooking! I’m very patient and happy to answer questions during the class at any point. I’m pretty much talking the entire time that we cook together, plus plenty of interaction with participants.
